This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Raise Eagle ("we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any specific agreement signed for your engagement.

1. Nature of our services

We provide professional digital marketing services that require dedicated time, strategy, and resources from the start of an engagement. As such, fees reflect work performed and capacity reserved for your project.

2. Free consultation

Our introductory strategy call is offered free of charge and carries no obligation. You may reschedule or cancel it at any time before the scheduled slot.

3. Cancellations

• Before work begins — if you cancel a confirmed engagement before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work begins — once work has started, fees for completed work and reserved capacity are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for work not yet performed may be refunded at our discretion.
• Ongoing / retainer services — these may be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement. Fees for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us in writing at raiseeagle46@gmail.com with your name, engagement details, and reason for the request. We will respond promptly and work with you in good faith.

6. Exceptions

Certain one-off deliverables, custom work, and third-party costs (such as ad spend, tools, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf) are non-refundable once incurred.
